SUNDAY MORNING BIBLE STUDY TOPIC: "THE CHOSEN"
Sunday mornings beginning (bright and early at 8:45 am) we are offering a Bible study based on "The Chosen," the streaming series devoted to the life of Christ and his disciples. "The Chosen" was named the #1 Crowdfunded Media Project and has been released around the world in more than 180 countries. It is completely free to watch on "The Chosen" app that connects directly to various streaming devices with no fee or subscription necessary. After watching you may choose to "pay it forward" to help fund future seasons. Season 1 is available in it's entirety. Season 2, Episode Six airs Wednesday, June 23 (8 PM CDT). In the Bible study this Sunday (June 20, 8:45 am) we'll start by asking "What does 'Chosen' mean?" We'll answer that question with regard to Jesus first as The Chosen One, and then also with regard to Peter and Mary Magdalene, who are chosen ones, like you and me. We will watch a few clips and read the Bible accounts and discuss it all together.
